Proposal

First of all, at the beginning I chose Interfaith Sanctuary program, because I like helping people, and I always look for anything I can do for the communities around me. I believe in the equality, and people deserve as much as hard they work on themselves, but in the same time I understand the different situations, so I believe in the second chance, and what I mean is the homeless youth which they can be an example for my point. The homeless youth shouldn't be homeless, because they have chances to not to be. The first thing motivated me to be a volunteer at the Interfaith Sanctuary is when I heard that the Community has children,so, because my love for children I got excited about the Community, and then I signed my name. Frankly, I had a couple expectations about the community that I am going to be a volunteer in, and the children I am going to meet. Most of my expectation weren't true, and I think the reason is, because I don't have an experience through Communities. When I saw the Interfaith Sanctuary building I got a weird feeling, because the building doesn't represent the Community, and I was disappointed once I stepped my first step at the community. Furthermore, my audience is going to be the governement in the first place, and the agency as a second place.

My research question is how the agency should treat the homeless youth? From my perspective, the homeless youth should be treat it differentially, because I believe that most of them became homeless by not their choice. The parents play an important role in these situations, and because their drugs, alcohol, finical, and social problems their children grow up as a homeless. In my research paper, I have a several points that I am going to discuss such as: how we should treat homeless youth, how we can change their life style, how we make them active people in their communities, how we educate them, how we create good characters in their personality, how we keep them safe and healthy, and how we make their behaviors better.

In the Interfaith Sanctuary, homeless youth are wronged, because they have nothing to do as an entertainment, and they have been treated as the orderly homeless, and that is a big mistake. As far as I know each different age should be treated as the way they deserve. Also, in the Interfaith Sanctuary homeless youth living in a bad environment. Childring in the community spending their time between old people, so they learn bad stuff from them, thus, their morals will change.
